This weekend (A beautiful September Labor Day Weekend) I photographed the weddings of two FANTASTIC couples. Here are a couple sneak peeks:
First was my favorite duo James & Bianca HUCKABEY! James & Bianca were married in Hamden and the reception was held at The Country House in East Haven, CT. It was full of TONS of family and friends. Among the guests were Bianca's grandparents who have been married nearly 60 years. It was so nice to see two families come together that love each other so much. They had many touching things to say about Bianca's father who passed when she was young. I have never in my life seen so many people get down on the dance floor. It was so enjoyable to capture all the fun that was had.
my favorite picture of the day ♥
a tender moment for my loving couple...

Yesterday I photographed Jed & Yasuko MOLAVER'S wedding. The couple was married at a temple in Hamden, CT and the reception was held at the Brass City Bistro in Waterbury, CT. The celebration, consisting of about 20 guests, was incredibly romantic and intimate. I have truly come to favor the quaint settings. Jed & Yasuko were wonderful. They were so laid back and full of so much passion for each other. We had a lot of time to do pictures which was really nice. I was able to capture some wonderful shots of them is such a variety of situations. Yasuko lived in the states for a year in high school. I got to meet her host family and had the pleasure of dining with them. As it turns out, her host father went to Bates College in Lewiston, ME. We engaged in fabulous conversation. I felt so welcome! Thank You Jed & Yasuko for having me as a part of your special day. It was truly remarkable ...
